Veriseal™ Blind-Sealed Certification Standard
The governing standard for Blind-Sealed Certified™ submissions
Blind-Sealed Certified™ by Veriseal™ is an independent third-party certification standard for TCG repack products. This standard defines the requirements, controls, and enforcement framework used by Veriseal to certify qualifying submissions for blind-sealed integrity, tamper-evident packaging, and live verification.
Purpose of the Standard
Blind-Sealed Certified™ is a certification standard administered by Veriseal™ to ensure fairness, transparency, and buyer protection in TCG repack products sold through live streams or similar environments.
The certification exists to:
-
Remove seller influence over distribution outcomes
-
Prevent manipulation, bias, or selective assignment
-
Preserve integrity from sealing through live reveal
-
Provide verifiable, auditable transparency for buyers
-
Establish a consistent, independent third-party standard
Veriseal certifies process integrity only and does not certify value, odds, or outcomes.
Role of Veriseal
Veriseal acts as an independent third-party certifier.
Veriseal:
Blind-seals and certifies eligible TCG repack products submitted by sellers and streamers
Maintains custody and control during the sealing process
Assigns unique identifiers to certified items
Maintains a verification system that updates pull status during live streams
Enforces this certification standard uniformly
Veriseal does not:
Sell repack products to buyers
Act as the merchant of record for repack sales
Determine odds, hits, or outcomes
Control or influence distribution
Participate in buyer transactions
Eligibility for Certification
Blind-Sealed Certified™ may be applied only to TCG repack products that meet all of the following criteria:
-
Items are submitted to Veriseal by sellers or streamers
-
Items consist of authentic TCG cards or slabs
-
Items are submitted in accordance with Veriseal’s submission guidelines
-
Sellers agree to comply with this certification standard
Veriseal reserves the right to refuse certification for any submission that does not meet these requirements.
Blind-Sealing Requirements
To qualify as Blind-Sealed Certified™:
-
Items must be blind-sealed by Veriseal without seller visibility into distribution
-
Sellers must not know:
-
Final distribution
-
Assignment of specific items to repacks
-
Order in which items will be revealed
-
-
Sellers must not handle, access, or reseal items after certification
-
All sealing must occur under Veriseal-controlled conditions
Any breach of blind-sealing integrity voids certification.
Tamper-Proof Packaging Requirements
All Blind-Sealed Certified™ products must be enclosed in tamper-evident packaging approved or applied by Veriseal.
Tamper-proof packaging must:
-
Clearly indicate if opened, altered, or resealed
-
Prevent access to contents without visible damage
-
Preserve blind-sealed integrity from certification through live reveal
Certified items must not be removed from tamper-proof packaging after certification.
Any evidence of tampering voids certification.
Veriseal may specify acceptable packaging methods, seals, or materials to preserve certification integrity.
Identification & Live Verification
Each Blind-Sealed Certified™ item must be:
Assigned a unique identifier (e.g., barcode or serial)
Logged within Veriseal’s verification system
Trackable during live streams

When an item is pulled:
Its status is updated in real time
Updates are visible to buyers
Updates serve as verification of fair distribution
Use of the Certification Mark
The Blind-Sealed Certified™ mark may be used only:
By sellers whose submissions have been certified by Veriseal
In connection with the specific certified submission
In accordance with Veriseal’s branding and usage guidelines
The certification mark must not be:

Veriseal does not act as merchant of record
